Aaron Blake Jr. (or as we call him, “AC”) serves as the Fort Worth Community Lead at Flourish Fund, where he focuses on building collaborative networks and expanding impact within the communities they serve, with over fifteen years of experience in church leadership and engagement. Aaron previously served as the Community Church Engagement Leader at Harvest Family Life Ministries in the Dallas metropolitan area. In this role, he mobilized and equipped local churches to effectively address community needs, established partnerships with nonprofit organizations, and developed community-based solutions to child welfare challenges. Aaron holds an associate’s degree in social work from Howard Payne University. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his son’s soccer and basketball games. He resides in Midlothian, Texas, with his wife, Patressa, and their eight-year-old son.
