Ashley Kuhlmann serves as Manager of Investor Relations at Flourish Fund, where she builds and stewards relationships with investors and partners to advance the organization’s mission. She brings more than eight years of nonprofit experience, with a focus on donor strategy and relationship management. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Ashley finished at the top of her class in International Studies, Communications, and Business, and holds a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Bush School of Government and Public Service. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks by the lake, baking sourdough with her homemade starter “Frankie,” listening to audiobooks, exploring new coffee shops, and diving into wellness trends. After growing up in the Texas Hill Country, Ashley now lives in Austin, TX.
