Dano Jukanovich serves as Chief Financial Officer at Flourish Fund, where he oversees financial strategy, operations, and reporting to ensure responsible stewardship, mission alignment, and organizational growth. Dano’s most recent role was as CFO and COO for a national healthcare franchise system, which he helped grow to over $100M in revenue and 130 locations while spearheading its public listing. He graduated from West Point at the top of his class and went on to earn an MBA in Finance from Wharton and an MA in International Economics from Johns Hopkins. Dano is Co-founder of a leading social impact private equity firm in East Africa and serves as a Board Member and Advisor for a number of non-profits in the US and Africa. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children in Wenham, MA.
