Grayson Wiles serves as Manager of Strategy & Impact at Flourish Fund, where he leads research, strategy development, and impact measurement. Before Flourish Fund, he helped implement cross-sector projects with the Boston Consulting Group’s Centre for Public Impact and conducted policy research at the White House’s Council of Economic Advisers. Grayson earned a BS in Human & Organizational Development and History from Vanderbilt University. In his free time, he enjoys exploring small towns, cheering for the Tennessee Titans, and and doing triathlons, slowly. He lives in Birmingham with his wife, Margaret, and their twin boys.
