Grayson Wiles serves as Manager of Strategy & Impact at Flourish Fund, where he helps lead the research, strategy development, and evaluation work. Before Flourish Fund, he helped implement cross-sector projects with the Boston Consulting Group’s Centre for Public Impact and conducted policy research at the White House’s Council of Economic Advisers. Grayson earned a BS in Human & Organizational Development and History from Vanderbilt University. In his free time, he enjoys exploring small towns, cheering for the Tennessee Titans, and doing triathlons, slowly. He lives in Birmingham with his wife, Margaret, and their twin boys.
