Justin Steele serves as Chief Impact Officer at Flourish Fund. Before joining Flourish, he led the Americas team at Google.org, overseeing $700 million in strategic giving and launching major initiatives such as the $75 million AI Opportunity Fund and youth mental health programs that reached over one million students. His experience also includes management consulting at Bain & Company and The Bridgespan Group, as well as nonprofit leadership at Year Up. Justin holds an engineering degree from the University of Virginia and joint MBA/MPA degrees from Harvard. He lives in Oakland with his wife, Sally, and their four daughters.
